Cleaning of dryer vents

Dear Sandpiper Greens Homeowner,
The board would like to remind you that it is important to periodically clean your dryer vents. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to have this done. As a board we are in the process of negotiating a group rate. We urge you to take advantage of this opportunity.
We have received quotes from three vendors and have selected Clear Choice Lint Removal.
The scope of the work is as follows:
Since this will require access to each unit, we realize this will require a lot of coordination. You will either have to be in your unit to allow access or make arrangements for someone else. Alternatively, if you have provided your key to Hayden and Associates, we can arrange access with your approval. We urge you to participate, not only to secure the group rate, but for your peace of mind and safety.
Please e-mail Marcelle Reeves at marcelle@hayden-associates.com or send a letter to Hayden and Associates, 8359 Beacon Blvd., suite 313, Ft. Myers, Fl. 33907 by February 24, 2010. Send it to the attention of Marcelle Reeves. Indicate your intention to participate and provide a contact number (and name if other than yourself) for access arrangements. You will then be provided with billing and payment information.

Annual members meeting

On February, 23rd 2010 at 6:00pm at the Pelican Landing Community Center, 24501 Walden Center Drive, Bonita Springs, the Annual Members Meeting of the the Association will be held for the purpose of electing new Directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
